N L Dalmia Institute students come from a variety of backgrounds. The following is an examination of the same with respect to specific demographic characteristics such as Gender, Within State vs Outside State, Experienced vs Freshers, Management Stream Background vs Other Stream.

Students having a B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/B.A.F/B.Com/B.Pharm/B.A. backgrounds are referred to as 'Other Stream' students. Throughout the three years, the number of students from the 'Other Stream Background' has been determined to be higher than those from the Management Stream. NLDIMSR PGDM Eligibility 

• A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% in graduation is necessary. 
• While applying, the candidate may be in his or her final semester, but in order to be admitted, he or she must be a graduate.
• The candidate must also have taken any of the seven admission exams: CAT, XAT, MHCET, CMAT, ATMA, MAT, or GMAT.

N L Dalmia PGDM (Finance) Eligibility

• A bachelor's degree is necessary, along with a minimum GPA. The applicant could be enrolled in their final semester when they apply, but in order to be admitted, they must have graduated.
• In addition, the applicant must have taken one of the seven entrance exams—CAT, XAT, MHCET, CMAT, ATMA, MAT, or GMAT—before applying.

PGDM In Business Analytics Admission

The N. L. Dalmia's 2-year specialist PGDM in Business Analytics Programme is made to help students develop their data manipulation and analytical thinking skills as well as their business perspective, giving them the tools they need to take a novel, application-centric approach to data analytics.

N L Dalmia PGDM in Business Analytics Eligibility

- A minimum passing percentage of 55% from a UGC approved University is required for a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. (Applicants can apply for this program while being in their final semester of their Bachelor's degree program).

- Applicants are required to take one of the following aptitude tests : CAT/XAT/CMAT/MH-CET/MAT/ATMA.

- A personal interview will be conducted.

- The academic track record of the applicant in their 10th, 12th, and graduation will be considered.

University of Wisconsin-Parkside, USA : In 2017, N.L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research formed a collaboration with the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, USA, for a 1+1 Global MBA program. A memorandum of understanding (MOU) has been established to facilitate the 11-month Foundation Program for the University of Wisconsin-Parkside (UW-Parkside). Successful completion of this program renders the student eligible for the second year of the MBA program at UW-Parkside, specializing in Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Analytics, General Management, Global Supply Chain Management, Accounts, or Project Management. Alternatively, the student can choose to pursue Dual Specialization during the second year.

Upon completion of the 11-month Foundation program, the student is awarded a Post Graduate Certificate in Global Business from N.L. Dalmia. After successfully completing the second year at UW-Parkside, the student receives an MBA degree from UW-Parkside.

Sprott Shaw College, Vancouver, Canada : N.L. Dalmia has entered into memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with Sprott Shaw College to facilitate the following collaborations :

1. Collaboration in developing shared lectures and educational programs.

2. Exchange of students for educational purposes, which may include credit transfers.

3. Exchange of faculty members and researchers for research, teaching, and academic discussions.

University of Virginia Tech, USA : N.L. Dalmia has established a partnership with the University of Virginia Tech, USA. This collaboration is built on the principle of reciprocity and reflects the shared interest of both institutions in exchanging scholars, students, academic information, and materials. The objective is to enhance the research and educational processes at both institutions while fostering mutual understanding among their scholars and students. The exchange programs aim to facilitate these goals.

SELC, Vancouver, Canada : N.L. Dalmia has established a partnership with SELC to provide students with training opportunities in Digital Marketing, International Business Communication, SCTM, and Logistics. SELC inaugurated its Vancouver campus in 2012 and has since gained a reputable position as a respected college for vocational career and language training in Vancouver, Canada.
