AIBE Exam Pattern 2023: The AIBE XVIII (18) 2023 exam pattern is notified by the Bar Council of India (BCI) on the official website. The AIBE examination includes 100 questions on topics related to the fields of law. Those who want to take the AIBE examination are advised to check out the details of the exam pattern. They must know the format of the examination for effective preparation.

Although the AIBE exam is not an open book exam any further, candidates are still allowed to bring in unlabelled bar acts.     • Books, notes, and other written materials are not permitted inside the exam room by candidates.
    • Unaccompanied bare acts are allowed.
    • The AIBE 2023 exam will be pen-and-paper-based, and applicants will have three hours and thirty minutes to complete 100 objective-type questions.
    • Candidates can select their preferred language when registering for AIBE XVIII (18) in 2023.
    • To be eligible for a Certificate of Practice from the BCI, candidates must achieve at least 40% in the general category and at least 35% in the SC/ST category.
