AIBE XVIII 2023 Application Form (Closed)

AIBE XVIII 2023 Application Form: The AIBE XVIII 2023 registration process concluded on November 16. The examination will be held by the Bar Council of India on December 10.

The application form for AIBE is issued by the Bar Council of India on the official website and aspirants who have enrolled with the related State Bar Council are qualified to apply for the examination. During the application process, candidates are advised to thoroughly fill out the application form and review the details once before submitting it. Additionally, they must consult the AIBE XVIII eligibility conditions before proceeding with the application process. Candidates have to fill out their personal information, educational details, and information about enrollment.

Before filling the 2023 AIBE application form, candidates are advised to keep the following documents handy.

• Advocate ID (if issued by State Bar Council),

How to Fill AIBE 2023 Application Form

The step-wise AIBE 2023 application process will guide the applicants regarding how to fill up the AIBE 2023 application form.

Step 1: Be Ready with Important Documents

Before the applicants start filling up the AIBE 2023 application form, they must keep the following documents handy:

• Advocate Id Card (If issued by the State Bar Council)
• Category Certificate( If applicable)
• Disability Certificate (If applicable)    
• Enrolment Certificate
• Scanned signature and photo

Format to Upload Documents

The following format must be followed while uploading the documents for AIBE XVII 2023 application form.

Step 2: Registration

The applicants have to visit the official All India Bar Examination website (AIBE) and click on the “Register Here” button available on the home page. The candidates have to select any one of the details mentioned below and enter them into the online application form:

• Enrollment Number
• Enrollment State
• Year of Enrollment 

Click on the acknowledgement checkbox and select the ‘Accept’ button to register and proceed with the AIBE 2023 application process.

Note: The applicants must put their enrolment number with the State code as mentioned on their Enrolment Certificate.

Step 3: Filling up the AIBE XVII 2023 Application Form

In this step, the applicants have to fill up the AIBE 2023 registration form available on the official website and upload all the requisite documents. Once the applicants are over with filling up their details and uploading their documents, they have to click on the “Save” button which will be available at the extreme bottom of the page. Once all the details and documents are submitted by the applicants, they will receive a Registration Number and Password either on their email address or registered mobile number.

The personal details that the candidates need to enter in the AIBE 2023 application form are:

• Name of the Candidate
• Gender
• Father/Husband’s Name
• Date of Birth
• Permanent Address
• Email ID
• Mobile Number of the Candidate

The academic qualification documents that need to be submitted are:

• Name of the College
• Graduation Stream
• Course Duration of LL.B Degree
• Admission and Pass out Year of LL.B Degree
• Master’s Degree/ Any other qualification Certificate (if available)
• Enrollment Number (as mentioned in the enrollment certificate)

Step 4: Get the Registration Number and Password

After the submission of the details, the applicants have to check their email Id or mobile to access their Registration Number and Password. The applicants are suggested to note down the details for future reference.

Step 5: Login 

Once the applicants have access to their Registration Number and Password, they will have to visit the official AIBE website again and click on the “Login Here” button available on the home page.

Step 6: Fill up the Remaining Details

Once the applicants click on the login link, they will be redirected to a page where they have to enter their Registration Number and Password. After filling in the requisite details, the applicants have to click on the “Login” button.

The candidates have to select the type of their Candidature (fresh or repeat student), category of the candidate (General/OBC/SC/ST) and mention if they have any kind of disability. Next, the candidates have to choose their preferable test centre that will conduct the AIBE XVII 2023 exam. The examination will be held in 11 different languages, so the aspirants need to select question paper language from:

• English
• Bengali
• Hindi
• Assamese
• Gujrati
• Kannada
• Oriya
• Punjabi
• Tamil
• Telegu
• Marathi

Step 7: Print the Challan

After the applicants click on the “Login” button, they will be taken to a new page which will contain the registration details of applicants. Once the registration details are visible, the applicants have to click on the “Print Challan” button following which they have to take a printout of the same by using the command “Control+P”.

Step 8: Pay the Application Fees

After taking out a printed copy of the challan, the applicants have to visit their nearest SBI branch within 24 hours for payment. The applicants must keep in mind that they can only pay through the SBI Bank Challan. The applicants must keep a signed copy of the challan having the seal and sign of the Bank authorities with them post-payment completion.

Step 9: View the Registration Details

After the applicants are done with the payment process, they will have to visit the official AIBE website again using their Registration Number and Password which they received after the registration step. The applicants will be able to view their registration details 24 hours after making the payment in the Bank.

Step 10: Upload Challan

In this step, the applicants have to click on the “Upload Challan” and “Details” button which will be available on the “Registration Details” page.

Step 11: Submit the Application Form

In this step, the applicants have to upload their Challan followed by entering the journal number, branch code and date of Challan mentioned in the Challan copy. Once it is done, they will be required to click on the “Submit” button.

Step 12: Print a Copy

Once the Challan details are entered, the applicants have to go back to the registration details page for taking out a print copy of the same for future reference.

Step 13: Cross-check the Details

This is the final step where the applicants have to cross-check all the details such as signature, photo etc which they have uploaded on the AIBE 2023 application form. In case of any error in the application form for AIBE 2023, the applicants have to notify the concerned authorities at the earliest via the helpline numbers or email provided below. The applicants must not send a hard copy of the AIBE 2023 application form or any other documents, in case of any discrepancy, to the Bar Council of India.

AIBE 2023 Application Fee

Application fees can only be deposited through the bank challan of SBI. No other payment mode will be accepted. Candidates can make the payment after 24 hours of registration.

AIBE 2023 Application Form: Important Points to Remember

Below given are some of the important instructions that the candidates should keep in mind while filling up the AIBE XVIII 2023 application form. 

• Candidates must meet the AIBE eligibility criteria.
• The documents that have to be submitted must be self-attested.
• Those documents that will not be self-attested will be rejected by the Bar Council of India (BCI). 
• No hard copy of the documents needs to be submitted to BCI.
• It is advisable for the candidates to keep a printout of the duly-filled and submitted application form with themselves for future reference.
• The candidates won’t be provided with the application form correction window. So, in case of any discrepancy in the application form, the candidates need to email it to the BCI and get it rectified.
