Documents Required for Holland Student Visa

The students who are from a non-European country or a non-EEA (European Economic Area) countries must apply for a student visa to pursue higher education in Holland.

• Machtiging tot Voorlopig Verblijf (MVV) is offered to students as the permit to enter the Netherlands. It is valid for a three-month (90-day) period.

• The university applies for an MVV on behalf of its students.

• Students whose programmes extend beyond the 90-day period must apply for a residence permit (VVR) to stay further and complete their study in Holland.
