The University of Birmingham Dubai has announced that applications for M.Sc in Urban Planning are now open. The course program shall include various aspects of urban and sustainable development and their mitigation in order to minimise the carbon footprint of the urban population. The guidelines for application have been briefed below.
University of Birmingham, Dubai Campus has announced that it is now accepting applications from candidates interested in pursuing Masters in Urban Planning. The applications shall be available for entry in January 2022 and September 2022 with no application fee.
The course program is set to focus upon the areas of urban dwelling and development area along with the subjects of Environmental Mapping, Sustainable Development, Health and Wellness Infrastructure, etc.
Dubai being the homeland of the University offers plenty of opportunities to international students to gain advanced learning in the field of Urban Planning. It is a developed smart city and a sustainable urban development program, namely Dubai 2040 Urban Masterplan, shall ensure plenty of training and further career opportunities for the candidates in the city itself.
The total tuition fee for the M.Sc. in Urban Planning program for January 2022 would be AED 102,114 and AED 112,666 for September 2022.

Must have completed a 4-year OR 3-year Bachelor’s Degree
Must have obtained I Division or High II Division Overall Grade in Bachelor’s
Should have relevant practical experience in field (Case-by-Case basis)

Statement of Purpose; 5000 character limit
