Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University was founded in 1926. It is a private university. Both bachelor's and master's programs in business offered by the university are accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is ranked #11 in the 2020 edition of Best Colleges among Regional Universities South by the US News ranking and World Report 2020 Edition. Times Higher Education ranks it 801–1000th World University Rankings 2020

The University setting is a city and the campus size is 289 acres. The University has campuses in Arizona, Daytona Beach, Prescott, and Florida. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University offers security services like 24-hour foot and vehicle patrols, lighted pathways/sidewalks, late-night transport/escort service, non-remedial tutoring, placement service, health service, and health insurance.
The programs offered by the University are of air traffic management, aeronautical science, applied meteorology, flight operations, and airport management. The campus also holds different short term programs on aviation that are taught in classrooms by the experts in the industry.
 
Accomplishments & Alumni
 
The university has fully accredited courses specializing in aviation and aerospace. The courses are accredited by the Aviation accreditation board International (AABI). In addition, the courses in aeronautics, air traffic management, applied meteorology, and aerospace studies are also certified by the Federal Aviation Administration.
