Shailaja: To secure 50+ marks, students should prioritize Modern Physics, Current Electricity, Electrostatics, Heat and Thermodynamics, Semiconductors, and Units and Dimensions. Most questions are expected from these chapters, covering around 60% of the paper, based on previous years' trends. Revising these chapters before the exam can be a good strategy.

Shailaja: In the 2026 NTA pattern, Section B (Numerical Value Questions) heavily features Experimental Physics, which now carries a significant 20% weightage. Topics like Vernier Callipers, Screw Gauge, and Metre Bridge are essential. Error Analysis remains a guaranteed 4-mark area, often appearing in the very first few questions of the paper.
