As per CoA norms, in order to take admission in B.Arch after 12th Arts / Commerce you need to clear class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject with scoring atleast 45% in aggregate or passed 10 + 3 diploma exam with Maths as a compulsory subject.
