During this time, the CEED score is eligible for admission to CEED participating and result sharing colleges. IIT Bombay will release the CEED 2026 result on March 4, 2026. What is CEED Score Validity Duration?

Once the CEED 2026 score is released by the exam authority, the score remains valid for exactly 1 year from that date. During this time, students can apply for M.Des programs at participating institutions and institutes sharing CEED scores for admission. However, CEED 2026 exam score does not guarantee admission to a particular college. Every institute has its own admission process.

CEED 2026 Score Card

IIT Bombay will release the CEED 2026 score card on March 4, 2026 in online mode on the official website. You will be required to login to exam portal with your credentials to access the CEED score card.

The CEED 2026 score will be based on Part A and Part B scores. To evaluate the final score, 25% of the Part A and 75% of the Part B will be added. Before announcing the final score, the exam authority will also release the CEED Part A cutoff score, which will act as qualifying marks for the evaluation of Part B paper.

Is CEED Score Mandatory for M.Des Admission?

Yes, CEED score is mandatory for M.Des admissions among CEED 2026 participating colleges and result sharing institutes. The premiere design colleges in India such as IIT Bombay, IISc Bangalore, and IIT Hyderabad only accept CEED scores. However, it is important to note that design colleges that do not participate in CEED 2026, accept M.Des admissions based on other entrance exams and admission process.
