List of Documents Required for FMGE 2025 Application Form

Candidates must upload all the following documents in PDF or JPEG format as per NBE guidelines.

1. Passport Size Photograph

• Recent coloured photograph

• White background

• JPEG format

• Size: 50–100 KB

• Should not be older than 6 months

2. Signature

• Done in black/ blue ink

• On a plain white sheet

• JPEG format

• Size: 10–50 KB

3. Left-Hand Thumb Impression

• Blue ink preferred

• JPEG format

• Size: 10–50 KB

4. Valid Passport

• First and last page (showing name, nationality, DOB)

• Must be valid till the exam date

• PDF format (max 200 KB)

5. MBBS Degree Certificate

• Provisional certificate is accepted if the degree is not issued

• Must be issued by the concerned foreign university

• PDF format (max 200 KB)

6. Marksheet / Transcript of All Years

• Year-wise or semester-wise academic transcripts

• PDF format

• Should clearly display subjects and marks

7. Internship Completion Certificate (If Applicable)

• Only if internship is required in the concerned country

• Must include start & end date

• PDF format

8. Eligibility Certificate (By NMC/ MCI)

Mandatory for candidates who took admission abroad on or after 15 March 2002.

9. Address Proof

Any one:

• Aadhaar Card

• Voter ID

• Driving Licence

• Passport

10. OCI Card (For Overseas Citizens of India)

• Front and back side

• PDF format

11. Proof of Date of Birth

• Passport

• Birth Certificate

• School leaving certificate

12. ID Proof

• Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport

• Should match the name entered in application

13. Foreign Medical School Recognition Proof

• Must show that the college is recognised by that country's government

Important Instructions for FMGE 2025 Application Process

1. Ensure Documents Are Clear and Readable: Blurred or cropped documents will be rejected during the verification stage.

2. Use the Same Name Across All Documents: Your name in Passport, MBBS certificate, Application form, etc must match exactly.

3. Upload Documents in Correct File Size: NBE will reject oversized files. Compress them without reducing clarity.

4. Keep the Original Documents Ready: You must present original documents during Document Verification and admission.

5. Check NBE Updates Regularly: NBE may ask for additional documents during the Final Edit Window.

6. Foreign Language Documents Must Be Translated: Documents not in English must be submitted with official English translation and attestation.
