Documents required to fill CMAT application form 2026 should be organised in advance to ensure an easy and error-free registration process. Before submitting forms, students must note down all essential paperwork and keep everything ready as per the guidelines issued by NTA.

Form submission process started on October 17, and closed on November 24 and November 25, 11.50 pm (for fee payment). The entrance test will be conducted on January 25, 2026.

For CMAT application , you must attach certain documents to the online form, which include scanned copies of key mark sheets, photographs, and your signature, etc. Entering inaccurate details or uploading incorrect documents can lead to rejection of your online form.

    • Finally, download the confirmation page to complete the registration process.

    What is the fee for CMAT registration?

    The CMAT (Common Management Admission Test) registration fee varies by the category of the candidate, with a fee of ₹2,000 for General Male aspirants and ₹1,000 for Female, Transgender, and reserved category applicants (SC/ST, PwD, OBC-NCL, EWS)

    Can applicants with less than 50% in their graduation apply for CMAT?

    Yes, applicants who have scored less than 50% in their graduation are eligible to appear for the CMAT exam. CMAT conducting authorities have not set a minimum score percentage criterion in graduation for the CMAT exam. Students only need to have completed graduation or an equivalent degree from a recognised university. However, you must know that at least a 50 per cent grade point average is a necessity because the MBA colleges have minimum graduation score requirements of 50 per cent overall (45 per cent for SC/ST/PwD applicants) for offering admission.

    How can I recover the CMAT password if forgotten?

    Some applicants may come across an issue of not being able to recall the password for their CMAT account. However, they should not panic in such a situation since the password for their CMAT account is recoverable. If they have forgotten their password, they can reset it by selecting the "Forgot Password" option on the login page. Aspirants must select "Forgot Password," and a link to reset their password will be sent to their registered email address. They can then update their password and log in to their CMAT account.

    Can the CMAT application form be filled out offline?

    No, aspirants can only fill out the CMAT exam application form 2024 online. The CMAT application form does not support offline submission. Every year, the form is made available on the CMAT-NTA website and can be completed from any personal computing device, like laptops, desktops, and smartphones (Laptops and Desktops are preferred for the CMAT application process).

    How can students correct a mistake in their CMAT application form?

    Students cannot make changes to the CMAT application form after they have submitted it and paid the application fee for the same. They will therefore need to fill out the CMAT form once more, create a new login ID, and pay the application fee once again. However, they can correct it when the form correction window opens for 2-3 days after the registration process is over if the error is in the photo, signature, or test centre fields.

    Do I have to upload the scanned copy of the 12th mark sheet in the application form of CMAT?

    No, scanned copies of an aspirant's Class 12th mark sheet are not required to be uploaded while filling out the CMAT application form. They also do not need to upload scanned copies of mark sheets from Class 10 or graduation. However, students will be required to enter the details of their academic records while filling out the application form. Additionally, they will be required to produce original copies of their Class 12, Class 10, and graduation mark sheets during the counselling process of CMAT for the document verification process.
