Fortune Institute of International Business is one of the few B-Schools in entire Delhi NCR that encourages entrepreneurship through its innovative initiative ‘MERAKI’. The programme fosters the spirit of entrepreneurship among the students in particular and the community in general .
It is a unique Business Plan Competition. It offers an opportunity to young entrepreneurs to get exposed to best practices for idea creation and realization of their ideas. Through the programme, students interacted with leaders who are leading Venture Capital and Angel investors. The platform is a great help for the entrepreneur as it provides guidance from eminent investors and helps the participants to acquire seed funding.
Yashash Agarwal led the Team Gamezop. It was the recipient of the first prize (Fellowship of Rs 1, 50,000) in Meraki 2016 which was organized on January 29th and 30th , 2016 at the FIIB campus. The jury panel comprised of eminent personnel from renowned companies such as Asia Bridge, Waterbridge, and the likes.
Team Gamezop has now raised $350,000 in a seed-funding from Angel Investors as is reported by the press. The institute congratulates team Gamezop for their achievement and wishes them all the best for future endeavors!
