The expected number of questions in the GATE 2026 Civil Engineering usually varies from one topic to another. Topics with high weightage usually have a higher number of questions as compared to those with a lower weightage. For example, topics like Geotechnical Engineering, General Aptitude, and Engineering Mathematics usually have a higher number of questions as compared to chapters like Irrigation, Design of Steel Structure, and Structural Analysis. The GATE 2026 Civil Engineering is scheduled to be conducted on February 14, 2026.
