JEE Main Session 2 Application Form 2022 - The NTA has Released the Jee Main Phase 2 application form 2022 on June 1, 2022. The last date of JEE Main 2022 registration is June 30, 2022. As per the exam dates, the NTA JEE Main exam 2022 Phase 1 will be held from June 20 to 29, 2022, while the JEE Main Phase 2 will be held from July 21 to 30, 2022. The NTA will shortly begin the phase 2 registration of JEE Mains 2022. Candidates can complete the JEE Main registration in online mode on the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in. Earlier, the JEE Main phase 1 was reopened from April 18 to April 25, 2022. JEE Main exam for the year 2022 will be held in two sessions.
Candidates should keep the JEE Main login details safe for future usage after completing the online IIT JEE registration. The application number and password used for JEE Main login 2022 will be needed to download the JEE Main 2022 admit card. It is mandatory for candidates to carry all the required documents to the exam centres for verification.
At jeemain.nta.nic.in, the direct link to apply for IIT JEE 2022 has been updated. Candidates who want to take the NTA JEE Main test in 2022 must fill out the JEE Main 2022 application form before the deadline. For session 2, the NTA has released the JEE Main application form on June 1. The Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2022 will be in held online mode for three hours for both Paper 1 and Paper 2. JEE Main Eligibility Criteria 2022
Candidates interested to apply for JEE Main exam 2022, should refer to the JEE Main 2022 eligibility criteria beforehand.
- Applicants who have cleared their Class 12 in 2020 or 2021 or appearing in 2022 are qualified to fill the JEE Main 2022 application form.
- Applicants who have cleared their Class 12 before 2020 are not eligible to fill the JEE Main 2022 application form.
- It is mandatory for applicants to have Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in their 12th grade along with anyone subject from Chemistry/ Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject.

Documents required to fill JEE Main 2022 Application Form
Candidates are required to provide the following documents for JEE Main 2022.
- Scanned photograph and signature.
- Category certificates (If belonging to reserved category).
- Debit card/Internet banking details for payment of JEE Main 2022 registration fee.
- Photo Identity proof such as Aadhaar, Bank passbook, Ration card copy, etc.

JEE Main Application Form 2022
Interested candidates must check the last date for the submission of JEE Main 2022 application form and apply accordingly. Given below steps can be followed by candidates to fill out the application form.
Step 1: JEE Main 2022 Registration
Candidates have to visit the NTA JEE Main official website to avail of the registration link. Details such as name, email address, mobile phone number, detail of photo identity, parents' name, address, date of birth, and gender have to be provided by the candidates along with a valid email id and mobile phone number. Candidates will be further required to create a password that has to be used for all future login related to making corrections, JEE Main 2022 admit card downloading and even during result declaration. Finally, candidates will have to click on the submit button to complete the registration process. The registration number and password will be sent to the email id and mobile phone number of the candidates.
Step 2: Filling of JEE Main 2022 Application Form
Login using the registration number and password and fill out the application form by providing details such as country and state of residence, caste category, the medium of education in Class 11 and Class 12, information about the diabetic condition, and language choice for JEE Main question paper. Fill details related to the JEE Main paper that they are applying for, Paper 1 or Paper 2 or both, and a choice of any four preferred JEE Main exam centres 2022. Candidates will also have to provide information about their grades in Classes 11 and 12. Students appearing for their Class 12 in 2022 will have to provide only Class 10 details. Finally, applicants will have to click on the submit button to complete the JEE Main 2022 application form.
Step 3- Uploading scanned images in JEE Main Form 2022
Moving on the next step, candidates have to upload the scanned image of their passport size coloured photograph and signature as per the size and format specified by NTA in the JEE Main 2022 application form.
Step 4- Paying the application fee for JEE Main 2022
After the images have been uploaded, applicants will be redirected to the payment page where the application fee will be displayed according to the gender and caste category of applicants. The fee has to be paid online via credit/debit card or net banking. After the payment has been made successfully, a message regarding the same will be sent to the mobile number of the candidates.

How to retrieve lost application Number/password for JEE Main 2022 registration?
A candidate has to follow the following steps in case she/he loses their registration number or password.
- Visit the NTA JEE Main 2022 official website and click on the candidate login link
- Click on the forget password link and enter their JEE Main 2022 application number and date of birth
- A new password will be generated which will be received by the candidates on their registered email address/mobile number

JEE Main 2022 Application Form Correction
The application correction window of JEE Main 2022 for Phase 1 was opened by NTA on the official website from April 6 to April 8, 2022. This facility can be availed to correct any mistakenly entered incorrect information or defects in uploaded images by the candidates using their candidate login id and password. Modifying certain details might require payment of an additional fee whereas some details can be modified without any payment. The information which can be modified has been enumerated below.
- Personal information: Spelling mistakes in name, parent's name
- Academic information: School details, year of passing, qualifying exam
- Change or addition of Paper: The choice of paper from Paper 1 to Paper 2, from Paper 2 to Paper 1, and applying for both papers upon payment of the balance fee
- Language of Examination: The language can be altered from English to Hindi/Gujarati and vice versa
- Name, State of Eligibility and Date of Birth
- Caste Category: If the candidates change their category from general to reserved, then fees will not be refunded. If candidates change their category from reserved to general, the balance fee will have to be paid by them

- The NTA JEE Main 2022 exam will be held in two sessions: June and July. Papers 2A and 2B (B.Arch and B. Planning) will be offered twice a year as well (June and July 2022).
