List of Documents Required for AP ECET 2025 Counselling

The candidates are requested to keep the following certificates before proceeding for Online Web Counselling. All original Certificates and two sets of Xerox copies

• AP ECET 2025 Rank card
• AP ECET 2025 Hall Ticket
• Memorandum of Marks (Diploma/Degree).
• Provisional Diploma Certificate/Degree Certificate.
• Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its Equivalent Memo).
• Study Certificate from VII to Diploma/9th to Degree B. Sc. Maths candidates
• Residence Certificate of a candidate for 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.
• In respect of Non-Local candidates to consider them for allotment under unreserved seats the following certificates need to be submitted.

Residence Certificate: Candidates who have resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of study outside the State; or either of whose parents have resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of employment outside the State.

OR

Employer Certificate: Candidates who are children of parents who are in the employment of this State or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, Local bodies, Universities, and other similar Quasi Public Institutions within the State at the time of applying for AP ECET 2025 Examination.

• Integrated Community Certificate, in case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority (not OBC certificate).
• Income certificate of parents from all sources issued on or after January 1, 2020 , or White Ration card/Rice card (candidate name and father name have to be reflected in the ration card) for those who claim tuition fee reimbursement.

Important Instructions Regarding AP ECET 2025 Document Verification

The candidates must keep in mind the following important instructions related to AP ECET 2025 document verification:

• This year, the verification of the documents will be done online and there is no need to visit the HLCs physically. The candidates can visit the HLC in case of any additional support

• The candidates who belong to the special category (i.e. PH, NCC, CAP, and Sports & Games) will have to report to Government Polytechnic, Vijayawada physically for document verification

• The candidates must bring all the documents in original as well as photocopies

Steps to Upload the AP ECET 2025 Documents for Verification

The candidates will be required to follow the given instructions to upload the documents for verification:

Step 1: Visit the official website and click on the registration link

Step 2: Enter all the details in the form as required

Step 3: You will be required to upload the documents through the “Educational Details” portal

Step 4: Tick marks all the documents that you have and select your education details

Step 5: After you enter the details, the “Choose File” link will be activated. Click on the link and select the preferable document to upload

Step 6: After you upload the documents, the candidate needs to select the nearest verification preferred center

Step 7: The document verification will be done online and the candidates need not visit their centers

AP ECET Counselling 2025

The AP ECET counselling process is conducted online. All qualified candidates must attend the AP ECET counselling session on the designated date and at the appointed hour. Candidates will be qualified for the AP ECET counselling 2025 if they can get a cumulative score of 25% (50 out of 200). There will be no minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST candidates. Candidates who will be chosen for shortlisting based on the AP ECET result 2025 will be qualified to participate in the counselling procedure.

Candidates can select their preferred institutions and courses for admission using the online AP ECET choice filling 2025 and then rank them in order of importance.
