List of Documents Required for AP ICET 2025 Counselling

The list of documents required for AP ICET 2025 counselling includes the AP ICET admit card, AP ICET scorecard, bachelor's degree certificate, 10th & 12th marksheets, Aadhar Card, domicile certificate, income certificate, caste certificate, and more. During the counselling process, candidates are required to submit certain documents for verification. Failing to submit any documents or if any discrepancy is found, candidates will not be allowed further to participate in the counselling. Thus, it is important to be aware of all the important documents and get them ready before the counselling begins. The AP ICET 2025 exam was conducted on May 7, 2025 , and the results were made available on May 21, 2025 . List of Documents Required for AP ICET 2025 Counselling

You must keep all of the required documents ready before the counselling to avoid any last-minute troubles. Hence, it is important to go through the complete list of documents to be kept ready before the AP ICET 2025 counselling.

• AP ICET 2025 Admit Card

• AP ICET 2025 Score Card / Rank Card

• Degree Certificate / Provision Degree Certificate

• Degree Mark Sheet / Consolidated Mark Sheet

• Class 12th / Diploma Mark Sheet

• Aadhar Card

• Residence Certificate of Either Parent in AP Issued by a Competence Authority (for non-local candidates)

• Class 9th to Graduation Passing Certificate / Residence Certificate of Student

• Income Certificate

• Caste Certificate

You will need to submit all of the documents to Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. The university will collect documents on behalf of APSCHE and once verified, you will be cleared to exercise web options in AP ICET 2025 counselling.

Optional Certificates Required in AP ICET 2025 Counselling

If you fall under special categories, you are required to submit certain additional certificates in addition to the ones given above. It is important to note all of the documents particular to your case to ensure verification in AP ICET 2025.

AP ICET Documents Required for Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) Category Candidates

If your parents have a Telangana domicile as per their permanent or hometown address, as specified by them in the AP ICET 2025 Application Form, you will be required to produce the following additional documents.

• Identity Card

• Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer

• Service Certificate

• Discharge Book (for Ex-Servicemen)

AP ICET Documents Required for PH Category Candidates

If you have 40% or above disability, you will be eligible for reservation under this category. PH candidates must produce a PH Certificate issued by a District Medical Board.

AP ICET Documents Required for NCC and Sports Category Candidates

NCC and sports category candidates must produce their original relevant certificates issued by the respective authorized bodies.

AP ICET Documents Required for Minority Candidates

If you belong to the minority categories, you must bring an SSC (Class 12th) Transfer Certificate (TC) mentioning your minority status. You can also bring a certificate issued by the Head Master of your educational institution.

AP ICET Documents Required for Anglo-Indian Candidates

Ango-Indian candidates must submit a valid certificate proving their place of residence. The certificate must have been issued by a competent authority.

Document Verification in AP ICET 2025

Before the document verification round, you have to collect your registration cum verification form from the registration counter and verify that the mobile number printed on the form is correct. Then, you will have to fill out the form completely and submit it at the counter.

Then, you will have to wait for your turn to be called for certificate verification in AP ICET. You must ensure that the following details mentioned in your verification form are correct.

• Mobile Number

• Date of Birth

• Local Area

• Minority Status

• Sex

• Category

• Special Reservation Category etc.

Any discrepancy in the verification form must immediately be brought to the notice of the concerned authority. The verification of certificates will take place after this important step has been completed. You must also ensure that they have all of the required certificates in the registration round. Failing to produce a certificate or submitting an invalid certificate may result in a candidate being disqualified from the counselling process.
