• The candidate’s photograph should be:
  • recent
  • either in colour or black and white
  • with 80% face (without mask)
  • visible, including ears against a white background.
• The candidate must correctly and appropriately upload only their photo and signature, not those of anybody else.
• The GEN-EWS certificate should have been issued on or after 01 April 2022 as per the latest guidelines of the Government of India.
• The OBC-NCL certificate should have been issued on or after 01 April 2022 as per the latest guidelines of the Government of India.
• The caste (for SC) or tribe (for ST) certificate should be as per the latest guidelines of the Government of India.
• Each candidate must confirm that the category certificate, email address, phone number, and signature they have filled in the online application form are accurate and authentic.
• It is advised that candidates should upload the documents carefully, as under no circumstances will NTA consider requests for changes to the scanned images that have been uploaded. The candidate's corrections sent by mail, fax, WhatsApp, email, or hand will not be accepted by NTA.
• If it is discovered in the future that the Candidate used/uploaded the photograph, signature, and certificates of someone else in his/her Application Form, it will be considered Unfair Means (UFM) Practices on his/her part, and actions will be taken as per the provisions of Unfair Means Practices.
• The uploading of scanned images/documents is done online; therefore, candidates should not send/ submit any document(s) to NTA through Post/ Fax/ WhatsApp/ Email/ by hand.
• Candidates are advised to enter only mobile phone numbers and email addresses that they have access to, such as those of their parents or guardians.
• If the photograph or signature is blurred or not visible enough to identify the candidate, the application will be rejected, and no further correction or revision will be permitted.
