MP Class 12 Political Science Weightage 2026 comprises a theory paper for 80 marks and internal assessment or project work for 20 marks. The theory exam further includes objective, subjective short answers, and analytical questions, where the objective section will carry 40%, the subjective part will have 40%, and the analytical section will carry 20%. As per the recent MP Class 12th blueprint, marks are evenly distributed across Part A - Contemporary World Politics and Part B - Politics in India since Independence, similar to prior years.
