NEET 2025 Cutoff for Courses

The NEET 2025 cutoff for each course is different and is based on several factors. Students can find the NEET 2025 course-wise cutoff mentioned below.

Factors Affecting NEET Delhi Cutoff 2025

Several factors like the total seats, Exam difficulty levels, total seats and so on determine the Delhi NEET 2025 cutoff scores. Below are the factors that determine the NEET 2025 cutoff for Delhi state mentioned below.

  • Total Number of Registrations: One of the significant factors that determines the NEET 2025 cutoff is the total number of registrations. The total students registered for the NEET 2025 exam determines the possible competitions that students might face in the exam. This gives the NTA authorities an idea of competition levels to determine the NEET 2025 cutoff scores.
  • Total Examinees Appeared: Another influencing factor to determine the NEET 2025 cutoff for Delhi is the total examinees.Often, the total number is less or more in comparisons to the total registrations for that year. The ratio of total appearing examinees vs the total appeared in the exam determines the cutoff scores in contrast to the other factors.
  • Exam Difficulty Levels: Exam difficulty levels play a major role in determining the cutoff scores for a given year. NEET difficulty levels often determine the overall complex questions that students had to answer in the examinations. Further, Based on students' feedback, the exam authorities decide the state wise cutoff scores. The NEET Delhi cutoff 2025 scores are inversely proportional to the overall exam difficulty levels. Therefore, if the the paper was difficult then the cutoff can be less in contrast to the competition levels and vice versa.
  • Proportion of Available Seats in the State: The total number of seats available in the state also effects the cutoff scores of a year. If the total number of seats in a year is more or less in proportaion to the qualifying students then the cutoff will be low or high based on the seats & the competition. The proportion of seats in the state is inversely proportional to the competition for admissions in medical colleges in the state.
  • Students Performance: In the NEET 2025 exam, students' performance in the state determines the cutoff scores for the students. THe NTA authorities measure a matrix of toppers and failed students in the NEET exam based on which the cutoff is decided by the authorities. Further, the cutoff is category specific due to which the the students performance is seen based on every category.
  • Previous Years' Cutoff Trends: The Previous years' cutoff trends also influence the cutoff scores for any state. The cutoff trends can either be higher or lower for Delhi based on the previous years statistics. For instance, if the last year's cutoff scores are lower, then the cutoff can be either high or low based on various factors. However, the cutoff decided by the NTA is directly proportional to the previous year's cutoff trends for determining the cutoff scores.
  • Reservation Policies: An important factor among the other factor is the reservation policies set by the NEET authorities under the 85% state quota seats. The cutoff for each category depends based on each category. Students must make sure that they score the category specific cutoff for admissions to their desired colleges in Delhi.
