Factors Affecting Delhi NEET Cutoff 2024

Several factors contribute to the determination of the Delhi NEET cutoff in 2024:

  1. Difficulty level of the NEET exam: The exam's complexity influences cutoff scores. A more challenging test may result in lower cutoffs due to fewer high scorers.

  2. Total available seats: Limited seats in medical and dental colleges raise competition, potentially elevating cutoffs.

  3. Reservation policies: Delhi's adherence to government-mandated reservation policies affects cutoffs, varying across categories like SC, ST, OBC, and EWS.

  4. Previous cutoff trends: Past cutoff scores serve as benchmarks, indicating potential trends. Consistently high cutoffs imply continued competition and may influence current cutoffs.

  5. Number of applicants: Increased applicant numbers intensify competition, potentially leading to higher cutoffs.

  6. Candidates' performance: Exceptional performance by a significant number of candidates can impact cutoffs, potentially raising them.

Dear Student, For admission to the BVSc at GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology Pantnagar, the expected ranks vary by category. If you're a general category candidate, aim for a rank within 500 to 1000. For OBC candidates, the range is 600 to 1200. SC candidates should ideally secure a rank between 1500 and 2000, and for ST candidates, the rank should be between 2700 and 3200. As the actual cutoff ranks can vary each year, striving for a high rank in the entrance exam conducted by the university will increase your chances of admission. Best of luck!
