M.Tech Admission at NIT Rourkela
NIT Rourkela MTech admission is done through the GATE examination followed by the CCMT counselling process. Students need to qualify the GATE exam and appear in the CCMT counselling. There will be 3 main rounds of CCMT counselling. After each round of seat allotment, the NIT Rourkela GATE cutoff will be released. If there are any open seats after the 3 main rounds of CCMT counselling, they will be distributed through the two-round National Spot Round (NSR) Counseling process. Those who score equal to or higher than the NIT Rourkela GATE cutoff will be granted M.Tech admission.
