There will be no major changes in the XAT exam pattern 2027. The question paper pattern is generally kept consistent for a few years with minor tweaks here and there. XLRI Jamshedpur updated the paper pattern in 2025, wherein the Essay Writing section was removed and the overall duration was reduced from 210 minutes to 180 minutes. The total number of questions in the General Knowledge section was also brought down to 20 questions.
