St Lawrence College (SLC) is a public college that was founded in the year 1967. Of all the founders of SLC, the most significant were-Dean Payne Smith, John Decon, Rev J. B. Whiting. SLC is one of the leading colleges in Ontario and it is further affiliated to CCAA (California Collegiate Athletic Association), ACCC (Academic Computing and Communications Centre), AUCC (Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada), CBIE (Canadian Bureau of International Education). In the latest 2020 edition, the St. Lawrence College is ranked on the 58th position among the topmost colleges in Ontario.
Infrastructure, Courses & Campus
The college runs three campuses at Kingston, Brockville and Cornwall in the province of Ontario, Canada. By the beginning of September 1969, the students started attending the classes at the Kingston campus. Undergoing with a rural setup, the St. Lawrence is constructed on a land of 1,100 acres and thus owes a campus small enough to be friendly and personal yet big enough to provide a variety of specialized activities and programs.
The St Lawrence College has a total enrolment of over 2440 students. It provides a world-class education on its all three campuses. Having been established as a college of applied arts and technology, the college offers more than 100 full-time courses in different subjects- Business Administration, Arts, Humanities, Technology, Home-economics and many more. The institution was well designed to provide career-oriented as well as certificate diplomas.

St Lawrence holds a number of known Alumni. Few of them are William A Barclay (Ny State Assemblyman), George Stade (Literary Critic, Novelist& Professor), Dabn Buckley (Publisher Of Marvel Comics), Jamie Baker (Hockey Player), and Derric Pitts (Chief Astronomer).
Student Diversification & Foreign Companies
For the purpose of generating factual and diversity scores, college defines diversity as a majority. St Lawrence College has a phenomenal rank in graduate employment and possess an employment rate of (88.1%). The college has an ethnic diversity of whites with an enrolment of (78.4%) and non-resident alien of (8.5%) and remaining from the rest part of the world. Top hirers include Kingston Health Sciences Centre, Walmart, Empire Life, and the City of Kingston.
