Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will conduct IPU CET MBBS 2016 in two stages for admission to as many as 264 MBBS seats in 3 medical colleges affiliated to the University. IPU CET 2016 is a university level entrance exam, scheduled on April 24 and May 22, 2016. The stage-I of IPU CET MBBS 2016 will be conducted on April 24 and candidates who will qualify the preliminary will be allowed to take IPU CET MBBS stage 2 exam on May 22, 2016.
- Candidate should have passed the Class XII under the 10+2 Scheme/ Senior School Certificate Examination or Intermediate Science (I. Sc.) or an equivalent examination of the any recognized University/ Board of Indian State with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English
- To claim seat under MBBS programme at NDMC for the academic session 2016-17, candidate must have studied 11th and 12th classes regularly from a recognized school within the National Capital Territory of Delhi
- Candidate must have passed in the subject of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English (Core or Elective or Functional) individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (40% in case of SC/ST candidates, subject to availability of seat for these categories in the respective institutions)
IPU CET MBBS 2016 Exam Pattern: The IPU CET MBBS 2016 exam will be conducted in pen and paper based mode. Each paper of IPU CET MBBS 2016 will be of 3 hours duration. The highlights of IPU CET MBBS 2016 exam pattern is given below:

Open For All Categories Means In All India Region: The All India Region Non Subsidized will include all types of candidates (e.g. All India General, Delhi General, All India Schedule Caste, Delhi Schedule Caste, All India Schedule Tribe, Delhi Schedule Tribe, All India Other Backward Class, Delhi Other Backward Class, Delhi Physically Handicapped and All India Physically (Handicapped) purely on the merit.
Open For All Categories Means In Delhi Region: The Delhi region include only type of candidates (e.g. Delhi General, Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, Other Backward Class, and Physically Handicapped) purely on the merit.

Candidates should thoroughly read NCERT and practice all the problems mentioned in NCERT Exampler. In the Biology section, all the diagrams and flowcharts of NCERT should be revised properly.
