WBJEE Paper Analysis 2024

WBJEE paper analysis 2024 will be released once the WBJEE 2024 exam is over. WBJEE exam 2024 will be held on April 28, 2024, in two shifts. The WBJEE Mathematics Paper I will be conducted from 11 am to 1 pm and Physics & Chemistry Paper II from 2 pm to 4 pm. The WBJEE 2024 paper analysis will include details like the overall difficulty level of the paper, section-wise analysis, number of good attempts, highest weightage topics, lowest weightage topics, number of easy questions, etc. We will update the paper-wise WBJEE analysis on this page after the exam has been conducted.

Paper 2 of WBJEE 2023 comprises of the Physics and Chemistry section and the total number of questions asked was 80 which is divided into 3 categories as well. WBJEE 2022 Paper 1 Exam Analysis

WBJEE 2022 Mathematics (Paper 1) was conducted on April 30 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and the mode of exam is offline. 

  • The Mathematics question paper of WBJEE 2022 consists of 75 questions that are divided into three categories

WBJEE 2022 Paper 2 Exam Analysis

WBJEE 2022 Paper 2 (Physics & Chemistry) was conducted on April 30 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. 

  • According to the exam pattern of WBJEE, Paper 2 consists of 40 questions each from Physics and Chemistry
  • The questions are divided into three categories, viz., Category 1 (30 questions for 30 marks), Category 2 (5 questions for 10 marks) and Category 3 (5 questions for 10 marks)
  • The total marks weightage of WBJEE 2022 Paper 2 is 100
  • Difficulty level of Chemistry was moderate. Questions were standard and covered all the three parts Organic, Inorganic and Physical Chemistry equally. Students with good preparation could easily attempt 35 to 40 questions.

WBJEE 2021 Paper 1 Exam Analysis

WBJEE 2021 Paper was successfully conducted on July 17, 2021. More than 1 lakh students appeared in one of the most popular state level engineering entrance examinations . WBJEE 2022 will help students secure one of the seats out of 32,000 seats in West Bengal engineering colleges.

  • The paper was conducted in two shifts. Paper I was Mathematics which was conducted in the morning shift between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
  • Most of the students found the Mathematics paper length and difficult to solve.
  • Compared to Last year, the Mathematics paper was tougher. Most of the questions were application based. 

According to students who attended the examination, section B was lengthy and its difficulty level was high while section A was moderate. Students found Section C easy to attempt.

WBJEE 2021 Paper 2 Exam Analysis

WBJEE 2021 Paper 2 was concluded at 4: 00 pm on July 17, 2021. Students who appeared in Paper II concluded that Physics paper followed the pattern of JEE Mains. Physics section covered questions from either syllabus. Most of the questions were asked from state board books.The overall Level of questions in Physics was easy.

The authorities conducted WBJEE 2020 in February 02, 2020. The overall difficulty level of WBJEE 2020 was moderate to difficult. Students found mathematics to be moderate to difficult. WBJEE 2019 Paper Analysis

WBJEE 2019 entrance exam has been conducted on 26th May 2019 for admission into UG programmes such as Architecture, Pharmacy, Engineering and Technology in various Government and self-financed Universities in the state of West Bengal. However, in order to sit for the WBJEE exam, the candidate must have passed Class 12th from a school in West Bengal. So, we are sorry to say that you are not eligible for admission if you have passed your 12th from a school in Odisha.
