Chhattisgarh Board 10th, 12th Exam in the academic year 2023-24 will be conducted from March 2, and March 1, 2024, respectively. About CGBSE Board 

The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) was officially constituted after the state of Chhattisgarh was formed. It was constituted under notification number F 10-5-/13/2001 Raipur 20-7-2001 of the Chhattisgarh Government School Education Department. The CGBSE board released the Chhattisgarh board date sheet 2024 on December 28, 2023 on its official website. Students can download the CGBSE date sheet 2024 now. The respective schools will conduct the CGBSE 10th and 12th practical exams and share the secured marks with the education board. The practical exams will be held in two shifts, from 8 am to 11 am and 2 pm to 5 pm. In contrast, the theory exams will be conducted in the morning shift from 9 am to 12:15 pm. CGBSE Board Registration Form 2024 

The CGBSE Board will begin Class 12th registration 2024 with the registration details of Class 11th. Students registering for CGBSE Class 10th board 2024 must keep their class 9th registration documents handy. The students must ensure to submit the registration form, photographs, and relevant supporting documents as early as possible. The registration form should be filled up carefully to ensure no errors on the admit cards. After the submission by the student, the school in charge will put a stamp and signature and approve the registration process for them. The private candidates will have to fill up the forms on their own and upload them on the CGBSE registration portal. The details asked for filling out the registration form include name, date of birth, parents’ name, gender, subjects taken, and caste category. 

CGBSE Board Admit Card 2024 

CGBSE admit cards 2024 for classes 10 and 12 will be released a few weeks before the examination, likely in February 2024. Students must collect the CGBSE admit cards 2024 from their respective schools. The admit card will include roll number, subject, subject code, signature, and other details. They must check all the important information thoroughly on the admit card so that any mistake is brought to the notice of the school authorities and corrected immediately. The exam pattern of 12th CGBSE 2024 is as follows:

• The full marks of each exam is 100.
• The theory paper will be 70 marks and the practical will be 30 marks. 
• 80% weightage will be given to final exams and 20% weightage will be given to internal assessment. 
• There will be no negative marking.

CGBSE Board Result 2024 

The CGBSE Class 12th results 2024 will be released by the end of May 2024. Students should follow the notifications regarding the probable result declaration date from the official websites. The result will be released on a specified date and time which can be accessed using the roll number/date of birth within the results portal page. The result contains the name, roll number, center code, school code, subjects, marks obtained in practical and theory, total marks, and pass or fail status. Students will also get an opportunity to apply for re-checking of the papers within 15 days of the result declaration. The grading system awards students grades from A1 to E2.

CGBSE Board Compartment Exam 2024 

The Chhattisgarh Board compartment exam 2024 will be held within a month of declaring the results. It will probably be conducted in July 2024 after students get their secondary and higher secondary results. The exam is a second opportunity for the students to earn passing certificates if they fail in a maximum of two subjects. The passing criteria for the CGBSE board are the same as the main board exams. Securing 33% marks will earn them a grade and passing stature. Students who receive compartment on their CGBSE results can apply for compartment exams through their schools by paying examination fees. The board will then provide separate admit cards to compartment-appearing candidates. The compartment exams follow the same exam pattern, syllabus, and marking scheme as the main board exam. The results of the exam will be declared in August 2024.
