CGBSE 10th, 12th Exam 2026 date sheet was released on November 22, 2025. The class 10th exams will be conducted from February 21 to March 13, 2026, and the class 12 exams will be conducted from February 20 to March 18, 2026. It is expected that the exams will be conducted twice this year, according to the changes made to the curriculum by the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education. Before the exams are conducted, the admit card will be available on the official website. Without the admit card, you will not be allowed inside the exam. Also, make sure to collect it through your respective schools. After the exams are concluded, you will find your result on the official website of CGBSE at cgbse.nic.in.

About CGBSE Board

The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) was officially constituted after the state of Chhattisgarh was formed. It was constituted under notification number F 10-5-/13/2001 Raipur 20-7-2001 of the Chhattisgarh Government School Education Department. Besides independently conducting the board examinations, they advise the government on the curriculum instructions and preparation of textbooks. CGBSE give recognition and affiliation to the schools in the state of Chhattisgarh. The board also looks after other activities related to the everyday functioning of the board. CGBSE Board Registration Form 2026

Usually, the registrations for classes 10th and 12th are done through the official website of the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education. The exam forms are available online, which are to be downloaded by the school authorities and filled out according to the deadline shared by CGBSE. The registration deadline for classes 10th and 12th in CGBSE was October 31, 2025. While filling out the registration form, make sure the information is accurate. Do not forget to verify the spellings. If any mistake is made in the registration form, then it will be carried forward to other documents, including the result and marksheet. The form must be filled out by a legal guardian and then verified accordingly by the teachers to ensure that it is accurate.

CGBSE 10th Admit Card 2026 and Chhattisgarh 12th Admit Card 2026 will be released a few weeks before the exams, likely in February 2026. You must collect the admit cards from the respective schools. The admit card will include roll number, subject, subject code, signature, and other details. Once the result is announced, the board will issue the CGBSE Class 10 Marksheet 2026 and the CGBSE Class 12 Marksheet 2026 to students. The Chhattisgarh board will provide marksheets to schools, and they will further distribute them to students. CGBSE Class 10, 12 Passing Marks 2026

In CGBSE Class 10 and 12 exams, students need to score 33% marks in each subject to pass the exam. Irrespective of the streams in class 12, students need to score at least 33% marks. In some subjects, there will be practical exams. For such subjects, a total of theory and practical exams will be considered.
