1. Pass in 10, +2 / P.D.C / Intermediate or its Equivalent / Any Degree.
2. 10, +2 / P.D.C. / Vocational group science subjects. (VHSC).
3. Any other qualification as prescribed by the pharmacy council of India.

Passed +2 or equivalent in Science stream with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology) or Mathematics.Passed the Diploma in Pharmacy Examination from an institution recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India New Delhi with minimum 50% in aggregate.

A pass in any of the following examinations10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects : Mathematics or Biology.A pass in D. Pharm course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations
