IIIT Manipur Admission 2024 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

IIT Jodhpur admission 2024 has begun for the academic year 2024-25. JEE Main 2024 session 2 registration will end on March 2, 2024. JEE Main 2024 session 2 is scheduled for April 4 - April 15, 2024. The seats for each course are allocated through the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). Admissions at IIIT Manipur are done on the basis of how the candidate performs in the JEE Main exam.

IIIT Manipur B.Tech admission is based on JEE Main 2023. Candidates qualifying for IIIT Manipur B.Tech cutoff will be considered eligible for admission. Details regarding IIIT Manipur B.Tech admission 2023 are given below. 

IIIT Manipur Eligibility Criteria 2023

Candidates must have passed Class 12 in the year they are seeking to take admission to IIIT Manipur or in the year previous to that one. Candidates' age should not exceed 25 years in the year he/she is taking admission in the institute if he/she belongs to the general category. Candidates should not be younger than 17 years of age in the year of taking admission. Candidates belonging to SC or ST category will be given a relaxation of 5 years. They should not be older than 30 years. It is obligatory for the student to have Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects among his/her class 12th subjects. Candidates must have obtained at least 75 per cent marks in the compulsory subjects mentioned above. Candidates who belong to the SC or ST category, he/she is given a relaxation of 10 per cent marks and will hence have to have 65 per cent marks in his/her class 12th exams. Candidates who are among the top 20 percentile in their 10+2 exams are also eligible to apply for the courses. It is mandatory for the candidates to appear for the engineering entrance exam, JEE Mains, in the same year in which he/she seeks to take admission in IIIT Manipur. Candidates must have secured a valid rank in the JEE Mains entrance exam to be eligible for being considered for admission.

IIIT Manipur Application Process 2023

Candidates have to apply for the JEE Mains exam online and within the given deadline. Candidates have to make sure that they fill out the application form properly and provide all the correct information. If the student fails to do so, his/her application form will be cancelled instantly. After the release of the JEE Mains results, candidates will be required to apply for IIIT Manipur if their rank is within the cutoff range. If the candidate is eligible for admission, he/she will receive a call letter from IIIT Manipur, he/she will then have to be present for the counselling process at IIIT Manipur.
