IIIT Vadodara Admission 2024 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

IIIT Vadodara admission to major courses such as B.Tech, M.Tech is based on an entrance examination. Students willing to get admission to courses offered by IIIT Vadodara must appear and qualify the examination respectively. The JEE Main registration is going on till March 2 and the exam will be held between April 4 to 15. The JEE Main scores are required for BTech admission in IIIT Vadodara. Further, GATE 2024 exam dates are February 3, February 4, February 10, and February 11, 2024, for MTech admission.

The applicants who are interested in pursuing one of the B.Tech courses that are offered by the Indian Institute of Information Technology Vadodara have the choice of choosing between CSE (Computer Science and Engineering) and Information Technology (IT). 

IIIT Vadodara B.Tech Eligibility Criteria 2019

The minimum eligibility criteria that an applicant will have to satisfy in order to take admission in one of the undergraduate courses that are offered by the Indian Institute of Information Technology Vadodara, is clear the class 12 board examinations. The admission into B.Tech courses at IIIT Vadodara is done on the basis of the rank gained in the JEE Mains examinations. The merit of the student is considered on the basis of the JEE Mains rank and academic performance of the applicant. Based on the JEE Mains ranks, the eligible candidates are called for a counseling session that is conducted by the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) where the student will decide which Institute he/she wishes to join. 

IIIT Vadodara B.Tech Selection Process 2019

Candidates interested in being admitted to the Indian Institute of Information Technology Vadodara will have to pass the JEE Main entrance examination. Based on their entrance score rating, the applicants will be selected for the B.Tech program in IIIT Vadodara. Then the selected applicant will be called for the counseling sessions of JoSAA or CSAB. The counseling process will determine the candidate's final admission status in the IIIT Vadodara. At the time of counseling, document verification and seat allocation will also be performed. The allocation of the IIIT Vadodara seat will be carried out in accordance with the JEE rank. The Institute will perform a spot round for admissions if there are still any vacant seats.

10+2 with PCM

Interested candidates who wish to pursue their master’s program from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Vadodara will only be provided with one course. IIIT Vadodara provides only one M.Tech course, i.e. IIITV M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE). The admission process is done via the CCMT (Centralised Counselling For M.Tech / M.Arch / M.Plan / M.Des) admission process.

IIIT Vadodara Eligibility Criteria 2019

The applicants who wish to take admission in M.Tech CSE at IIIT Vadodara will have to ensure that they are eligible for admission at the institute. The eligibility criteria are dictated by the CCMT. The minimum eligibility that is required by the candidate in order to get admission in M.Tech in CSE at IIIT Vadodara is for the applicants to have a valid GATE score along with a bachelors degree of four-year in Technology.

Candidates interested in getting admission to the Indian Institute of Information Technology Vadodara will have to pass the JEE Main entrance exam. The candidates will get chosen for the B.Tech program in IIIT Vadodara on the basis of their entrance score. Then the chosen applicant will be called for the JoSAA or CSAB counseling sessions. The method of counseling will determine the candidate's final admission status. In the counseling phase, document verification and seat allocation will also be performed. The IIIT Guwahati seat allocation will be performed as per the JEE rank. If there are still any vacant seats, the Institute will conduct a spot round for admissions.
