How to apply for different courses at IITM, Kanpur?

To apply for any course: 

• Students need to visit the Institute's official website 
• Then navigate to the admission option
• From the dropdown, the menu selects the desired course
• In the top right course click on the application form tab 
• It will take you to the application portal of the Institute
• Create a new account by clicking on the “New application” 
• Upon that fill the required information in the application along with the course
• Check all the details in the application form before submitting
• Once the application is submitted then the candidate will receive further mail about the eligibility criteria along with the documents the candidate needs to offer. Below are the details regarding the eligibility for the courses.

To be eligible for admission into B. Tech at IITM, Kanpur candidates must fulfil the following criteria: 

• Candidate must have a 10+2 examination mark sheet from the recognized board or council with a minimum of 50% marks

To be eligible for admission into B. Tech (Lateral) at IITM, Kanpur candidates must fulfil the following criteria: 

• Candidate must have a 10+2 examination mark sheet from the recognized board or council with a minimum of 50% marks

To be eligible for admission into MBA at IITM, Kanpur candidates must fulfil the following criteria: 

• Candidates must graduate from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks
