Institute of Home Economics Admissions

Admission to all courses in Institute of Home Economics, University of Delhi is strictly based on merit and guidelines laid down by the Admission Committee of the University of Delhi. IHE, New Delhi usually begins it’s admission process in the month of  June every year and culminates in the month of August.

Institute of Home Economics admission procedure for all the Undergraduate Courses is regulated by the University of Delhi through a Common Web Portal for the centralised registration form for all the Undergraduate Courses in the University. After registration, the candidate must keep themselves updated with respective for cut-offs of different courses. The candidates eligible under the released cut-off should proceed to the respective college for verification of documents. After verifying the documents, the college will approve the admission and the candidates are required to pay the admission fee through the UG admission portal online within the permitted time period to complete the admission process.

Institute of Home Economics, Delhi does not provide an undergraduate course in Interior Designing. However, it offers a short-term Certificate Course in 'Event Management and AUTOCAD && Interior Designing'.
