CAT 2022 results have been released on the official website and can be checked using the user ID and password. Before applying, individuals must first meet all requirements for the Karunya University course they wish to enrol in in 2023. The Karunya University admissions process 2023 will soon begin. Admissions to the MBA programme at Karunya University are available in eight specialisations, including international business, business analytics, entrepreneurship, finance, human resource management and more. You must have a minimum GPA of 50% in your degree from any stream to be eligible for the MBA programmes at Karunya University.

Candidates who are aware of Karunya University's admission requirements may continue with the application process for their preferred courses. Karunya University UG & PG Application Process

The Karunya University application process for UG and PG courses is given below:

  • On the home page of Karunya University, click on the “APPLY NOW” button.
  • The link will take the candidate to the EOI (Expression of Interest) Form, where the candidate has to fill out his details like email ID, contact number, etc. They have to provide details of at least two courses they want to pursue. 
  • On submission, the candidate will get the application number and the passcode to apply online in their email.
  • Using the application number and the passcode, the candidate can go to the Karunya University admissions portal login and apply.
  • On paying the Karunya University admission fee, provisional admission will be granted to the student. 
  • The final admission for Karunya University B.Tech courses and B.Sc Agriculture will only be accepted when the candidate can produce the original certificates and as per the score of KEE 2023 and marks scored in the Higher Secondary Examination.

Karunya University Research Programmes Application Process

  • On the home website of Karunya University, go to the “Admissions” tab.
  • Once the candidate is on the official admission website of the Institute, he/ she should select the “Research” option under the "Programmes" tab.
  • Click on the “APPLY NOW” button.
  • Submit the application form for the research programme of interest.
  • Pay the application fees through any of the following online payment gateways:
  • 1. PayU/ Axis Gateway for indian candidates
  • 2. Only Axis Payment Gateway should be used for NRI candidates
  • 3. The email should be checked for acknowledgement of submission, application number, and passcode.

Karunya University Admission Process 2023

The Karunya University admission process for UG and PG courses is given below:

  • Indian nationals and NRI/foreign nationals can submit the Karunya University application form online through the official admission website.
  • After applying, candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs 1000 for Indian nationals and USD 250 for NRI/foreign nationals.
  • The candidates with provisional admission in B.Tech/B.Sc (Hons.) Agriculture/B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture and MBA must appear for KEE 2023 and KMAT 2023, respectively. 
  • The provisional admission will be confirmed if the candidate has qualified for the qualifying examinations as per the Institute’s eligibility norms.
  • It is recommended to download the provisional admission order and the payment receipt from the Karunya University admission login portal. An email and SMS confirmation will be sent to the candidate regarding the payment.
  • The results of KEE 2023 and KMAT 2023 will be published on the institute’s website. Those who have qualified in KEE 2023 and KMAT 2023 will be considered for Karunya University admission to B.Tech/ B.Sc (Hons.) Agriculture/B.Sc.(Hons.) Horticulture and MBA programmes. 
  • The provisional admission offered will be revoked if the candidate is not able to produce the relevant and original documents.
  • The Karunya University fees should be paid before the due date to avoid cancellation of admission.

Karunya University UG Eligibility Criteria 2023

Karunya University eligibility criteria for UG courses are the applicant’s performance in the Karunya Entrance Examination 2023 (KEE 2023) and the scores obtained in the Higher Secondary Examinations. Provisional admission in UG courses can be granted but will be confirmed only when the applicant can produce the original certificates as per the norms of the Institute.

  • Karunya Online Management Admission Test 2023 (KMAT 2023) will be conducted for the Karunya University MBA course.
  • Karunya University admissions for other PG courses are based on the merit obtained in qualifying examinations. Applicants can be granted admission as per the eligibility criteria, but the admission will be confirmed once the original documents/ certificates are produced.
  • For Karunya University admission to B.Tech programmes as lateral, the applicant must have completed at least 3 years of diploma with the minimum marks set by AICTE norms. Admissions will be granted for lateral as per the vacancies in the first-year programme.
  • For research programmes, notifications for admissions will be issued as advertisements in leading newspapers and on university websites. There will be a written test conducted in two parts. Part 1 will be a general aptitude test, while Part 2 will be a technical aptitude test. Admissions will be granted as per the performance in written tests and interviews.
  • The candidate applying for Karunya University UG programme should not be more than 21 years of age as of 1st July 2023.
  • There is no age limit prescribed for PG and research programmes. However, candidates who are over 30 years of age will be considered after the approval of the administration.

Karunya University B.Tech, B.Sc Eligibility Criteria 2023

At the UG level, Karunya University offers B.Sc in two specialities and B.Tech in Regular and Lateral Entry courses in numerous specialisations. Candidates must have completed their 10+2 coursework with 45% in PCM subjects in order to be eligible for B.Tech and B.Sc. degrees. A diploma in the relevant discipline is needed for lateral entry. The university's KEE exam is used to determine eligibility for admission to the B.Tech programme. The qualifying exam score is used to determine admission to the B.Sc. programme.
