• It is compulsory to pass the internal assessment parameters such as academic performance, entrance and written test scores, interview performance, work experience, and co-curricular achievements.
• The Tamil Nadu Dr M.G.R Medical University will give the final approval over the PPG College of Nursing admissions.

Post Basic Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing

• Should attain the General Nursing and Midwifery certificate, recognised by the Nursing Council of India or Government of India with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
• Applicants have to apply through the campus admission cell or through the official website of the institution.
• Evaluations are based on internal assessment procedures such as academic performance, entrance and written test scores, interview performance, work experience, and co-curricular achievements.
• The Tamil Nadu Dr M.G.R Medical University will provide the final approval.

Master of Science (M.Sc) in Nursing

• Passed Bachelor of Nursing from an institute recognised by the Nursing Council of India or AICTE or UGC or AIU with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
• Applications via the campus admission cell or through the official website of the institution.
• Required to fulfil the criteria of the internal assessment procedures such as academic performance, entrance and written test scores, interview performance, work experience, and co-curricular achievements.
• The Tamil Nadu Dr M.G.R Medical University will provide the final approval.

The PPG College of Nursing does not consider counselling and competitive examinations. All the admissions are carried out through direct selections only. All the admissions are carried out by the Tamil Nadu Dr M.G.R Medical University for final approval.

Eligibility Documents

• 10th Standard or equivalent Mark Sheet.
• 12th or equivalent Mark Sheet (If the result is declared).
• Graduation or equivalent Mark Sheet (For post-graduation students).
• Certificate of passing the qualifying examination SSC or equivalent.
• Certificate of passing the qualifying examination, class 12th or equivalent.
• Proof of address Aadhar Card/Voter ID Card/Passport/Driving license etc.
• Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority (for reserve category)
• Caste Validity Certificate (all reserve category candidates except ST candidates).
• Current/valid Non-Creamy layer certificate issued by the Competent Authority (for reserve category but not applicable to SC & ST)
• Tribe Validity Certificate (only applicable to ST).
