Students who are seeking admission at RGIT have to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria. At present, there are two RGIT admission entrance test that is conducted by two different authorities, COMEDK entrance test is for all students, and KEA (CET Cell) entrance test is for Karnataka students. Students can take admission to various courses like Computer science engineering, Electrical and electronics engineering. Civil Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Biomedical Engineering, M.Tech, and PH.D. To get admission to this college, the students must clear the test and their names must be on the merit list. The entrance test is conducted by two authorities, one is conducted for all Indian students by COMEDK, and KEA (CET Cell) is conducting it for Karnataka students.
