Candidate must have passed 10+2 with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/ non-creamy layer OBC/ non-creamy layer SBC of Rajasthan state) in the subjects combination as Physics and mathematics any one of the optional subject Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science Biology

B.E./B.Tech with 55% marks (50% marks in case of SC/ST candidates of Rajasthan state) in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engg/Electronic Instrumentation & Control Engg/Applied Electronics. Candidates having valid qualifying GATE score shall be given preference.

Recognized Bachelor Degree of minimum 3 Yrs duration Obtained at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination with CMAT.

Recognized Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 Yrs duration with Mathematics at 10+2 level. Obtained at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination

Passed 10th std / SSC examination

Obtained at least 35% marks at the qualifying examination.
