The BPT, B.Sc (Nursing), and Post-Basic B.Sc (Nursing) programmes are 4.5 years, 4 years, and 2 years, respectively. The entire curriculum is offered under various specialisations. Those who are interested in applying for the MD and MS programmes must hold an MBBS degree from a college or university that is MCI-recognised, have finished a one-year internship, and be registered with the State Medical Council or Indian Medical Council. A BDS degree from any recognised institution or university is required to apply for the Yenepoya University MDS admission. Applicants who want to be admitted to the MD and MS programmes must take the NBE's National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET PG). Karnataka Examinations Authority will offer counselling for applicants to dental programmes at the university.

The Yenepoya University PG admissions are offered for courses such as the M.Ch, M.Sc. (Medical), MHA, MSW, and PG Diploma with a few specialisations at the postgraduate level. The duration of M.Ch and M.Sc courses is three years, while the MHA and MSW programmes last only two years. The duration of the PG Diploma course is one year. Applicants must hold a Master of Science in General Surgery (MS-GS) or its equivalent from any university that has been approved by MCI as meeting the Yenepoya University PG admission criteria for the M.Ch programme. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant stream in order to apply for the Yenepoya University PG Diploma admissions.
