BML Munjal University Campus Facilities - Hostel Fees, Infrastructure, Address

BMU is a fully residential and co-educational university which has the capacity to accommodate 5000 students on its campus. Designed by world-renowned architects, HOK, USA, the 50-acre BMU campus has all the facilities and resources to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The campus has separate hostels and mess for boys and girls, a first-aid centre, a chemist, an ambulance and doctor on call, cafeterias, bank/ATM, a courier service, a general store, a book shop, a sports shop, and a bus-shuttle to Gurugram and adjoining towns.

The entire campus including the hostel is Wi-Fi enabled. The campus has been designed to seamlessly integrate academic spaces with recreational hang-outs. The objective is to encourage interaction among students and to foster the spirit of community living and learning. It’s a campus which encourages walking around, sitting outdoors on the steps, and resting under the cool shade of a tree. Here, you will learn as much from your interactions with other students in student societies, debating clubs, and sporting facilities, as you will from course work in classes, labs, and workshops. Such exchanges will help you form enduring friendships and make your stay at BMU a memorable one. 

A student has the option to be a day boarder and can avail transport facility from Gurugram, Delhi, or Faridabad. BMU will set the routes for students depending on where he travels from Gurugram, Delhi, and Faridabad. The facility will be availed by the student for 10 months and cost for the same is given in the table below (to be paid semester-wise):

• The charges shall be increased in case the government maintains social distancing norms at the time of opening of the campus.
• For law programmes, the day boarder option is available for the first year only. From the second year onwards, the student will have to stay on campus.

The campus offers a slew of recreational, fitness and sporting facilities. Besides indoor sporting facilities, the campus has tennis, volleyball, basketball, and badminton courts; a gym and a cricket-cum-football field. Qualified and experienced sports instructors are at hand to oversee the sports programmes and guide budding sportsperson. The campus will be abuzz with talks, film shows, music gigs, art events, drama festivals and other cultural events. 

Sports Activities

The campus offers a slew of recreational, fitness and sporting facilities. Besides indoor sporting facilities, the campus has tennis, volleyball, basketball, and badminton courts; a gymnasium and a cricket-cum-football field. Qualified and experienced sports instructors are at hand to oversee.

Student Mess

We have two of them on our Campus and with the feedback so far- we can safely pat our backs. From refreshments to eatables, we cater it all to our students. We’ve kept both the messes spacious and comfortable. So that the whole ambience can be as inviting as possible.

Variety of Food/ Dishes in Mess

We try to keep our food as varied as our scholars with choices between South and North Indian cuisines during all breakfasts and dinneRs We have students covered with four meals a day - breakfast, lunch, evening tea & snacks & dinner. It’s safe to say BMU students don’t go hungry.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

Good food is enjoyed best when you are sure it’s clean. That’s why cleanliness and hygiene are our top priority and we have a whole squad that sees things through in that area. The Mess Committee, Administration Team Medical Resident Officer, our chefs, and cooks -- all ensure that the students get a healthy and hygienic diet.

The campus is equipped to house 2000 students at this moment in the state of art multistoried hostel designed by HOK Architects. Rooms include three, two and single seater rooms. The hostels have common areas in each floor with entertainment and recreational facilities.
