Buddha Institute of Technology does not release separate cut off for each programme. The institute releases a combined merit list containing marks obtained by students in the entrance examination for diploma admission. Buddha Institute of Technology offers five diploma programmes such as Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering etc. The duration of the courses is three years and per semester fee is Rs 37,000. The college has hostels for diploma students. Buddha Institute of Technology hostel fees is Rs 6,000 per annum.  

The annual fees for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering course at Buddha Institute of Technology is Rs 68,057. For admission in B.Tech courses, candidates need to participate in counselling conducted by the AKTU Lucknow and obtain a valid score in JEE Main. Buddha Institute of Technology offers various other B.Tech courses such as B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering, B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering, B.Tech Information Technology etc. The duration of B.Tech courses is four years and they are offered in full-time mode. The institute also offers M.Tech and diploma courses.
