Chandernagore Government College Campus Facilities - Hostel Fees, Infrastructure, Address

The College has a Geographical Information system and Remote Sensing Laboratory (attached to the Pot-graduate department of Geography), with Geomitica and Info software, satellite Imaging and Aerial Photography which is one of the unique feature among all State Government-run college in West Bengal. The college has a 9 point multi-gymnasium for students use only. This College has an exclusive and well-equipped seminar room with a seating capacity of 150 for conducting lectures, film show and other seminars that are held from time to time. The Seminar hall was inaugurated on 5th March, 2010, by then Higher Education Minister, Govt. of West Bengal. In addition to this, Bengali and Geography have dedicated seminar rooms in their own respective departments.  There is a Central Instrumentation Room (annexed to the department of Zoology and operating under the direct supervision of HOD, Zoology), which provides access to sophisticated instruments that are used for teaching and research in Life Science.  Chandernagore Government College has a very well equipped Central Library rich in a rare and wide range of collections of books and journals, various departmental libraries, state-of-the art computer centre with facilities of high speed internet connectivity in the Central Library.
