Areospace Integrated Research Centre (AIRC)
This collaborative research facility will be constructed to BREEAM excellent standard in line with college environmental objectives.
Learning and teaching centre
In 2012 college Learning and Teaching Centre achieved a BREEAM "Excellent" rating within the refurbishment category and was awarded ‘Best Education Development’ in the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Building Excellence Awards the same year.
In 2008 college Stringfellow Hall student accommodation was shortlisted for the Royal Institute of British Architects(RIBA) East of England Awards for its innovative and environmentally-friendly design which incorporated solar thermal panels.
Sustainable buildings and infrastructure
