The Institution has a practice of preparing a comprehensive annual program of all academic and extra curricular activities right in the beginning of the session. This includes Independence Day, Republic Day Flag Hoisting functions.The institution has 10 acres Land. It is situated in a beautiful natural place Near Raj Kharsawan, Railway Station. It is 60 km away from the Steel City, Jamshedpur, 20 km away from the District Head Quarter, Seraikella, 38 km away from Kolhan Divisional Head Quarter, Chaibassa & 30 km away from Railway divisional Office, Chakradharpur. The Institute Building is Triple storied having 50 rooms / Halls. It has well-equipped Laboratories, Workshop, Drawing Hall, Seminar hall, Library and Lecture halls. It has also spare Land to use for future plan. The Institution has provided accommodation for all their staff, within it's campus. Institution has a three hundred bed hostel, with all modern amenities.The Institute has a good, spacious and well arranged library having good number of books for all branches of Engg. Four magazines/Journals and three daily news papers come for students and faculties to acquire latest knowledge and happenings. The library has reading facilities for the students. Institute has a well arranged and equipped Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab, Computer Lab, Electrical Lab and Electronics Lab. All labs are liaised with latest technologies and are planning to increase their strength.
