Today we had the HR related presentation competition in the college was organized by the V4U- HR Club of IFIM B School under the supervision Professor Shaji Kurian. The amount of participation exceeded expectations and a lot of facts related to Human resource management was revealed in the students’ presentations. It was the passion with which the students presented their work that amused me more than the competition; anyway I would like to congratulate Mr. Sasidharan for winning this competition and to all the other participants and the organizers too, a job well done. We expect a lot more events from this club.

Marketing Club

Doing business without marketing and advertising is like winking at a girl in the dark. You know what you are doing, but nobody else does. Well some of our students took this quote seriously and made a decision to start a marketing club in the college. I’m glad to announce the inauguration of the marketing club of IFIM B School, Impulse which happened today at the college auditorium. Prof. Satish Kumar, HOD-Marketing, appreciated the initiation of the club and spoke about the benefit from the club activities in his speech during the inauguration ceremony. He also compared the club’s name Impulse, with the pulse of the market

which is an apt name for a marketing club. The teaser video and the ad competition showcased by the club’s driving committee were remarkable. The club started off with a wide wink, expecting to do wonders in coming days of IFIM, keeping alive the spirit of Brand worms.
