IIM Udaipur has a huge 253 acres of campus that accommodates spacious and well-furnished classrooms, library, labs, hostels, canteen, Auditorium, Gym, academic blocks. It also comprises of various clubs including- ConnectIT, Cultural Committee, Potpourri, Finomina, Sports Club, Prayatna, Toastmasters, etc. The campus has a Bloomberg Lab consisting twelve state-of-art Bloomberg Terminals. At present IIM Udaipur has three hostels. There are separate hostel facility for both girls and boys.

Students Activities & Clubs
'PRAYATNA' the social responsibility club of Indian Institute of Management Udaipur, strives to sensitize the future business leaders of the institute towards social responsibilities. Team Prayatna attempts to bring about momentous changes in the society through interactions at the grassroots level with regards to different sectors including education, healthcare, and environmental care. Prayatna shares the social responsibility with IIM Udaipur community, and further invites everyone to participate actively in all of its events and activities. It works hard to empower underprivileged society and simultaneously empowering the IIM Udaipur community by involving them in the decision making.
Prayatna club has been awarded the "Outstanding Club" for the year 2013-14.
ConnectIT promotes and develops an interest in information technology among the student community by providing world class IT infrastructure.At the same time, ConnectIT equipsthe students with IT to help them in their decision making process.
ConsultU, the Consulting Club of Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur is primarily focusing on the two activities- Industry Immersion and Knowledge Management.
Industry Immersion is the one of the core values of IIM Udaipur. ConsultU acts as a channel between the students and the industries by bringing Live Projects to our campus. These projects help the industries to solve their problems, by working with the students who are armed with fresh ideas and knowledge. While working in live projects, the students gain crucial insights which help them in understanding the business and at the same time help them in building a career in management consultancy.
The club has successfully delivered projects across various domains like finance, marketing, human resources and operations. The projects, typically of 2-3 months duration, have always ended up in bringing tangible benefits for the clients. In a short span of two years, the club has served more than a dozen clients across multiple industries. The club also took up a project which helped to design the under construction permanent campus of IIM Udaipur in an energy efficient manner.
dHRuva, an acronym for the HR yuva - HR club of IIMU. It was conceptualized and formed with the aim to bring together all the students interested in HR and explore different opportunities in this domain to enhance their interpersonal skills, knowledge and practical experience. As the name suggests dHRuva being the brightest star which enlightens and shows direction, the HR club also is currently doing the same through its strategic objectives:
- To enhance the quality of learning by gaining practical exposure through live projects
- To keep abreast with the recent happenings in the HR domain
- To increase practical knowledge by frequent interaction with the industry experts
- To nurture young talent and to guide them to be proficient in HR domain
dHRuva in-line with its objectives hosted a national level HR conclave "Spandan 2013" and has also conducted an article writing contest.
Finomina, the Finance Club of Indian Institute of Management Udaipur is a student-driven initiative established with a purpose to nurture interest and create awareness among students about the different domains of the financial services industry. The club's activities cover domains ranging from investment banking, equity research and corporate finance to retail banking and microfinance. Finomina aims to promote student-industry interaction by organizing knowledge sessions with reputed names from within the industry as well as academicians from various other IIMs. The Club's annual magazine 'Arthaarth' probes and publishes articles on current financial and economic environment. The club also organizes 'Arth-Samvaad'- the annual finance symposium of IIM Udaipur, which covers Panel Discussion and Face-off.
A club created with the purpose of grooming marketing talent within the campus and providing a platform to the marketing enthusiasts to showcase their skills. This purpose is well captured in the name of the club "MarClan" - a clan of marketing devotees. The club is equally committed to helping the student community in each and every field of marketing be it studies or placements. Marclan is not limited to IIM-Udaipur campus but include colleges and institutes at Pan India level in our events and competitions. It strives to motivate and help thestudent community of IIM-Udaipur to participate in marketing events outside campus boundary walls. Marclan's long term vision is to create MarClan as one of the most renowned marketing club of the country.
PiE is the Economics Club of IIM Udaipur. Economics is the most vital subject for the future managers irrespective of the industry and domain they are working in. Mission of the club is to help students develop a larger perspective of the world around them which in turn help them to make better decisions when they step into the corporate world. The club provides a platform to debate and discuss the prevalent policy issues that governing institutions continue to grapple with. We try to accomplish this through various channels and activities.
The club has two faculty mentors that provide guidance in achieving the goal of helping the student community and creating a conducive environment that gives rise to a quality learning experience.
Saksham is the Entrepreneurship Club of Indian Institute of Management Udaipur. As the name signifies, the club endeavors to augment entrepreneurial capability in students. Its main objective is to ignite a spark within the students to take up innovative ideas and bring them to fruition. The Vision of the Club is to foster a spirit of entrepreneurship in the student community of IIM Udaipur and the society at large by enabling translation of ideas into successful ventures. IIM Udaipur has entered in MoUs with TiE and NEN for a long term engagement in entrepreneurial activities. Our adherence to our values, our dedication towards the club and our passion towards entrepreneurship had made us proud winners of Best debutant E-cell of North Zone award presented by NEN (National Entrepreneurship Network), in 2013.
SKEIN, the SCM and Operations student body of IIMU,is driven by the sheer passion of Strategic and Operational thinking. Inspired by our mentor Prof. Janat Shah, we aim to serve as a platform for the student community to hone their knowledge in the domain of Operations and Supply Chain. The club continuously strives to boost the skills of students in the ever changing field of Operations by facilitating industry-student interaction and sharing of ideas. SKEIN catalyzes laminar flow of thoughts among students and keeps them informed of the issues that are faced by industries globally. Further, thisclub derives its strength from the unique association between the PGP and PGPX students which increases the knowledge base and introduces a streak of diversity in its functioning. The club also aims to showcase IIM Udaipur as a B-school which is focused to provide top management talents to the Operations and Supply Chain domain.
