Situated atop a gorgeously green hillock by the side of Muvattupuzha – Kothamangalam Road, aside Cochin-Madurai NH-49, ILAHIA College of Engineering and Technology provides a typical ambience conducive to learning. The campus is spread over 25 acres of land in proximity to the industrial belt of Kerala and major hydel power stations, with sufficient built up area, labs, well stocked library and sports facility

The college has two separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostels are located in very beautiful and healthy places that provide a homely atmosphere to the students. Both hostels provide a panoramic view of small hills and greenery. The hostels have spacious, neat and well furnished rooms which provide a comfortable and conducive atmosphere. The hostels have separate establishments and are managed by Trust members, Principal, Chief Warden, Resident wardens and Matron. The hostels are equipped with modern kitchen facilities and steam cooking systems .Both hostels have Bio-gas plants for waste disposal and to keep surroundings clean and tidy. Hostels are provided with spacious dining halls, well furnished with granite dining tables. Men’s and Ladies hostel have separate messes run by the mess committee elected by the inmates and headed by the Resident warden and Matron. Both hostels are provided with solemn Prayer Rooms.

The Men’s hostel is a 3 storied building with 83 rooms and can accommodate about 250 students. 20 rooms are bath attached. Hostel is provided with a health club and facilities for indoor games. The ladies hostel is majestic building with a royal appearance with 80 rooms and can accommodate about 260 students. 15 rooms are bath attached. The central courtyard for the inmates adds to the beauty of the hostel. Prof. P.J.Xavier and Assist.Prof. Fathima Mirza are the present Chief Wardens. Mr. Shahul Hammed is the Resident warden of Boy’s hostel and Mrs.Chaya Rani is the Matron of Ladies hostel Fees: At the time of admission Rs.5300.is to be paid as Mess and hostel (refundable) deposit. Monthly rent and Mess dues will be around Rs. 1850.
