IMT Ghaziabad is a fully residential campus with 10 student-housing blocks. A separate block houses MDP participants.
Students can opt for rooms that offer single or double occupancy. Facilities include wi-fi access, laundry service and cleaning facility.
The IMT mess, next to student residences is open every day and provides four meals. Students dining here can enjoy a little entertainment thanks to the LCD TVs provided specifically for this purpose. Those who get hungry in between can avail of the eats and drinks available at reasonable rates in the canteen which is open seven days a week.

Research and Consultancy Enterprise (RACE) is the official consulting club of IMT Ghaziabad. It was formed in 2007. The Club is exclusively managed by the students of IMT Ghaziabad under the Mentorship of IMT Faculty, Dr. Harvinder Singh.
The main objective of the Club is to maximize the value of the client’s business by providing valuable insights and catering to their specific needs. We offer solutions in five different domains:
Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations and Information Technology.
Research and Consultancy Enterprise has provided consulting solutions to a number of reputed firms- AMUL, SAF (South Asia Foundation), Grasim, Bob Martin, Test Funda to name a few.
The current core team has 12 members from the Senior Batch (PGDM 2014-16) and 15 members from the Junior Batch (PGDM 2015-17). The average industry work experience of the team is around 2.5 years. The members have previously worked with well-known companies in various sectors ranging from IT/ITES, Core manufacturing, Telecom and Consulting.
We, the Research and Consultancy Enterprise have a vision to channelize the efforts of students interested in Consulting by providing them a common platform for industry and faculty interactions. The club anchors its efforts by conducting various events and workshops throughout the year for aspirants which help them learn and imbibe the necessary consulting skills.
Our major responsibilities include interacting with professionals, implementing operational consultancy projects for IMT Ghaziabad, conducting consulting workshops and bringing relevant short term corporate projects for the students.
We also organise various guest lectures conducted by keynote industry speakers who bring about awareness related to consulting profile and its nuances. We have associations with various start-ups for providing industry exposure to students in the form of internship programmes.
One of the key initiatives, which Research and Consultancy Enterprise has undertaken, is the development of the Hello IMT application. This app is an attempt to bring together all the relevant information which a student needs, ranging from contacts, mess menu, important competition information and other important insights, at the click of a button in easy to access format over mobile phones.

Enactus is present in 1,600 universities, has 62,000 students who have devoted 7,300,000 project hours.
Club OPUS, the official operations club of IMT-Ghaziabad, is one of the premier clubs having vision to be the one of the leading Operations club in the B-school fraternity by acting as an interface between academics and industry best practices. Round the year it has undertaken plethora of activities including case study competition (Excelencia), real time simulation event (Cyclops 2.0), live short term projects (STP) and magazine publication.
It was started in 2005 with the aim of supplementing our institute’s efforts in creating industrious and adept HR professionals.
HRuday acts as an interface between the HR students and corporate world and adds the practical learning dimension to the curriculum of students through industry interactions and exposure to HR related knowledge across the globe.
It obtains short term projects (STPs) from various prominent organizations for the students. The club organizes various inter B-School events which offer knowledge sharing between corporate heads, academicians and students of various B-Schools from all specializations and provides a platform for the students to prove themselves among students from all over the world.
It strives to keep the students updated with latest HR issues and happenings by sending out a Bi-monthly newsletter, The HR Window and Bi-annual magazine, Horizon. It organizes intra B-School events to improve the people skills of all students of IMT Ghaziabad as at the end of the day every manager needs to think like a HR manager. HRuday organizes annual HR summit annually on various important topics where students get to interact with some of the HR professionals who lead the organizations.
Club MarkUp is the official marketing club of IMT Ghaziabad. IMT has over the years been known for producing talented marketers who have gone on to make their mark in the industry. We at Club MarkUp have always strived to provide opportunities to every student to not only further understand the world of marketing but experience it, through industry interactions and live projects.
Club MarkUp is one of the clubs at IMT Ghaziabad working proactively for the overall development of student’s management skills in marketing domain. MarkUp, with its various Inter and Intra college events throughout the year, empowers the competitive spirits, enhances marketing analytics skills and provides live experience through short term projects to students in marketing area. We, MarkUpites envision to be a student-run marketing enterprise that not only offers a platform for the budding marketing managers at IMT but also provides real time solutions for the corporates.
The Entrepreneurship Cell of IMT Ghaziabad, rated No.1 in Delhi-NCR is one of the major E-Cells in the country. The purpose of E-Cell, IMT Ghaziabad, is to enable young India to dream, to sow the seeds of entrepreneurship within the youth of the country, and to help use education to generate employment while following best business practices, and setting examples. We are closely associated with organizations of repute, such as the National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) and The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE). We have already been part of the successful creation of two start-ups that have become major players in the market and we have several more in the pipeline.
E-Cell is primarily responsible for fostering entrepreneurship amongst students and assisting budding entrepreneurs by providing them with necessary resources. We have successfully organised events like Concepto.exe, Start-up Fair, Innovation Lab, En-talks and many more. E-Cell, IMT-G is strongly backed by its Patron organizations like TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) and NEN (The National Entrepreneurship Network), who work towards fostering entrepreneurship globally through mentoring, networking, and education to inspire, educate and support the next generation of high-growth entrepreneurs in India.
We also have an incubation centre which we give to student start-ups in IMT which provides them with all the facilities required to run their business and also help the students get seed funding and mentorship.

IMT Ghaziabad Toastmasters International Club is affiliated to Toastmasters International which is a world leader in communication and leadership development. Toastmasters International has more than 332,000 members worldwide. Members improve their speaking and leadership skills by attending one of the 15,400 clubs in 135 countries that make up the global network of meeting locations.
We at IMT Ghaziabad Toastmasters International Club want our students to become leaders. Leaders head families, coach teams, run businesses and mentor others. These leaders must not only accomplish, they must communicate. By regularly giving speeches, gaining feedback, leading teams and guiding others to achieve their goals in a supportive atmosphere, leaders emerge from the Toastmasters program. At Toastmasters we learn to tell stories, we learn to listen and answer, we learn to plan and lead, we learn to give and accept feedback.
