The library of The K S School of Engineering and Management occupies 469 sq. mt. of space and is supported by Library management software to offer computerized facilities. The library has an ample of seating capacity and vast collection of books, journals, magazines, circulars, etc.Saperate hostels for boys and girls are fully furnished and well-ventilated. Besides, the college also provides transportation facility, a well laid out sports infrastructure and canteen.

Students Activities & Clubs
Department of Electronics and Communication engineering organized a 2day Workshop on LabVIEW, EVLSI II+, DAQ & URSP in association with Crane Software International Ltd & National Instruments. The Workshop was informally inaugurated by Dr. Fathima Jabeen , Prof & HOD, ECE Dept. , Dr. Aswatha Kumar M, Dean, PG & Research & Mr. Sivakumar, Resource person from STAR com. Faculties from ECE, EEE & few faculties from other colleges also joined the programme.
Vision aims to maintain the high level of interaction between the students and the faculty members. To organize technical sessions, workshops and through a close tie-up with the industry also to assist in managing the resources and labs of the department.

The Forum “Encrypt notes” is very useful in achieving the mission of the department. The main objectives of the forum are

As a precursor to Inauguration of Aeromodeling Club, a show was organised in the college premises on 1st Oct 2012, wherein senior students from KSIT were invited to give a demonstration of flight of various aeromodels such as gliders, ornithopters and radio controlled. This motivated the freshers from KSSEM to join the club. This activity was inaugurated by Sri. K. Subramanyam Naidu, President, and Sri K. Ranganatha Naidu, Vice President of Kammavari Sangham. Dr. Sridhara S.N., Principal and Director of KSSEM explained various aero models to the audience.
Student Chapter of Institution of Engineers (India) was organised on 6th Nov 2012. Dr. Woody P. Krishna, Chairman of Institute of Engineers (India), Karnataka Chapter and Mr.Ganesh, Ex Deputy Director, NAL, were the chief guests. Dr. Wooday P. Krishna, advised the students to develop professionalism for better survival in their career and this platform would help them to organize seminars, workshops and many other technical events.
