Mailam Engineering College (MEC), has a Canteen, which provides quality food. The college has a computer centre with all the essential facilities. The college also provides a transport facility and a fitness zone. The college has separate hostels for both boys and girls. MEC has more than 900 terminals, which have latest configurations and all the terminals are connected via fiber optic cable laid to interlink departments.

MEC has separate hostels for boys and girls in the campus itself with a range of rooms and a variety of services that make the inmates to feel as if they are at their homes. Each hostel is assigned with a Deputy Warden who acts as a friend, philosopher and guide to the inmates.
