PERI is proud to be the only engineering college in India with 100% A/C classrooms and buses. They have spacious class rooms, drawing halls, laboratories, workshops, administrative offices and cafeteria spread over 4 blocks. All the laboratories and workshop, including a computing centre and language laboratory, are well equipped.

PERI IT has separate hostels for men and women students within the campus. Most students share a room with their peers. Rules have been framed, keeping in mind the local culture and traditions, with a view to guide and help students to maintain a standard of impeccable conduct. Therefore, while residents enjoy maximum freedom, it is ensured that this is always within the framework of standard guidelines and procedures. This helps to create an atmosphere of amity and peaceful co-existence.
