The campus of Pillai HOC Institute of Management Studies and Research is located at Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra, India is termed as one of the Asia's Largest Educational Campuses. The campus of the college is sprawled over 14 acres of sprawling lush green campus and had covered an area of 15 Lakh square feet. The fully air-conditioned campus of PHIMSR is installed with Wi-Fi enabled classrooms. Students are encouraged to register for the clubs(Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship and Operations club) available at the campus based on individual interest. Each clubs organises events and competitions between the member students, Students may join those clubs as they help them to grow their interest. Classrooms at Pillai HOC Institute of Management Studies and Research, Jaipur are Spacious and Large installed with facilities like Ergonomic Chairs, Modern Gadgets, Audio-Video, LCD Projectors, Air Conditioned and Wifi Internet connectivity. The availability of this number of facilities at the classrooms allows the students to grasp the concept easier and quicker. Students may attend live lectures and listen to the recorded lectures in the classrooms.

The institute provides a transport facility to the students from Panvel, Khapoli, Pen, Karjat, Uran and other main stops of the city. The Menu of canteen keeps updating with respect to the season and demand. The campus of PHIMSR, Maharashtra was constructed in partnership with HOCL, a government Enterprise. A library is available at the campus which provides a  good reading space to the students. Over 5000 titles along with International and National Journals are available at the library which can be issued by students as well as faculty members. Study Material in Cd’s and DVD’s & Newspapers are also available at the library. Separate Hostel Facility is provided for both girl and boy student which provides a home-like atmosphere to the students coming from remote locations. Both Hostels are equipped with the mess, medical, sports, Water- Coolers, Geysers, R.O and other facilities.
