Classrooms:-The institute possesses spacious and well equipped classrooms and tutorial rooms. Ergonomically designed, the classrooms have safe furniture and are student centered. The classrooms also have the needed Facilities like sufficient light, checks blackboards for engineering graph drawings for clearer explanations.

Library:-The library is well stocked with books related to engineering and technology; industry related topics as well as world News. With over 8500 volumes of various topics, the library is constantly updated with the latest magazines, News papers, national & international journals, reference books and other material at regular periods. The library also owns its digital set up which is the e-journal initiative through which it offers students' access to international libraries around the world. The institute also offers the students access to DELNET & J-GATE union catalogue as a member.

WORKSHOPS:-The institute works on a one point agenda of providing their students with the best environment and Facilities for their education. For engineering students, it is vital that each student work in a well equipped workshop to get a deeper practical learning. The KJIT workshop is equipped with carpentry shop, smithy shop, foundry shop and machine shop. The workshop has skilled supporting staff to handle teaching practical work, fabrication work and project work of the students. All the students of first year in engineering compulsorily follow workshop training as part of their curriculum.
