Vimal Bibhuti College of Education is situated on the banks the Ganga in the rural area of Sabour in Bhagalpur District. It's total land area comprises 3.52 Acres in name of Vimal Bibhuti College of Education itself Vimal Bibhuti College of Education has its own well-constructed separate building block with a total built-up area of 17500 Sq. ft. (Measuring 153 ft. X 115 ft.) in length and breadth respectfully.The play-ground area stretches over a large expanse of 12000 square feet of land measuring 115 ft in length and 105 ft in width..The College premises has a cycle shed for the convenience of its students. It can hold 125 cycles / motor cycles at a time.VBCE Students are also provided with the facility of separate common rooms for boys and girls which they use during their free time.Conference hall extends in an area of 2100 sqft which is utilised at times for debates, seminars etc. and helps in  developing the extra curricular skills of VBCE Students.
